COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the fuse carrier in connection with the petitioners' electricity service connection vide No.170-013-3443 and 170-013-820 and further direct them not to 1/4

interfere into the petitioners' usage of ground water towards the petitioners' agricultural operation being taken place at Survey Nos. 118/1 and 186/1, Paravai Village, Madurai District.
