[Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though both counsel appearing for the parties would submit that order has been complied with, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that still there is some dues in terms of commutation.

2.We find, this may not be a ground for contempt. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed with a direction to the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Pension Fund Trust to make the payment as agreed upon, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
