The petitioners herein are arrayed as third and fourth accused in C.C.No.239 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the above said case in C.C.No.239 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on 30.01.2017 itself the case in C.C.No.239 of 2011 was disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, in which all the petitioners including the petitioners herein are acquitted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
