Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as full time Gardener cum Sweeper in the 4th respondent School namely Victoria Girls Higher Secondary School, West Car Street, Thoothukudi-628 002 with effect from 01.07.2010 (F.N) with all consequential monetary benefits and arrears of salary as per proposal submitted by the school dated 06.03.2012. Prayer in WP(MD). 1502/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as full time Gardener in the 4th respondent school namely Caldwell Higher Secondary School, Beach Road, Thoothukudi 628 001 with effect from 29.07.2010 (F.N) with all consequential monetary benefits and arrears of salary as per proposal submitted by the school dated 29.08.2011.

Prayer in WP(MD). 1503/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as full time sweeper in the 4th respondent school namely Caldwell Higher Secondary School, Beach Road, Thoothukudi 628 001 with effect from 28.03.2008 with all consequential monetary benefits and arrears of salary as per proposal submitted by the school dated 22.07.2008.

C O M M O N O R D E R These contempt petitions have been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016 passed in W.P.(MD) Nos.1501, 1502 and 1503 of 2016.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order has been duly complied with by the respondents herein and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, these Contempt Petitions are closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
