Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Declaration the action of the respondents in not providing altenatie light duty ot the petitioner at Manapparati Branch of the 1st respondent corporation based on the Medical Certificate dated 3.4.2013 issued by Medical Board of Government Opthalmic Hospital, Chennai and also the action on the part of the respondents in not paying wages to the petitioner from 13.4.2013 to 4.9.2013 and from 17.3.2014 to till dated is illegal, unjust and arbitrary and also violative of section 47(1) persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and consequently direct the respondents i) to forthwith provide the petitioner alternative light duty at Manapparai Branch of the 1st respondent Corporation with pay protection and continuity of service in terms of Section 47(1) of the above "Act".

ii) to pay wages to the petitioners for the period from 13.04.2013 to 04.09.2013 and from 17.03.2014 to till the date of providing him duty by treating the said period as duty with all attendant benefits.

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 09.12.2015 passed in W.P.(MD) No.7815 of 2014.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the order has been duly complied with by the respondents herein and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court.
3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
