This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet in HS.No.537 of 2013 on the file of the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.J.K.Jeyaselan, Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in January 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of January 2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
