Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer vide proceedings in A.Thi.Mu.No.931 Aa2/2013 dated 11.03.2013 (refusing approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Record Clerk in the 5th Respondent School) quash the same and further direct the 3rd Respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of the Petitioner as Record Clerk w.e.f. 05.09.2012 in the 5th respondent school namely , St.Marys Higher Secondary School, Uvari Tirunelveli District and disburse the grant in aid towards her salary with all attendant benefits and pass such further or other suitable order / order For Petitioner :

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016 passed in W.P.(MD) No.1713 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order has been duly complied with by the respondents herein and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
