Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent herein to take immediate action and to secure the original document and the cheque leaves which were forcibly extracted by the 2nd respondent from the petitioner in favour of the 3rd respondent.

O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to take action and to secure the original document and the cheque leaves which were forcibly extracted by the 2nd respondent from the petitioner in favour of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the representation of the petitioner is not available with the official respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order. On such receipt, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks therefrom.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
