Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned Government Orders issued by the 1st respondent State Government in G.O.Ms.No.115(School Education - D2) dated 30.05.2007 and G.O.Ms.No.203 (School Education - D1) dated 23.07.2010 and the

consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent DEO in O.Mu.No.724/A4/14 dated 10.02.2014 and the sequential proceedings in O.Mu.No.6478/A4/2014 dated 17.10.2014 refusing approval to the appointment of watchman in the petitioner school quash the same and further direct fourth respondent DEO to give approval forthwith to the appointment of J.Mehendran A.Kattur as watchman and disburse the grant in-aid to wards his salary and allowances with all attendant benefits with effect from the date of appointment i.e.,02.08.2010.

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016 passed in W.P.(MD) No.819 of 2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order has been duly complied with by the respondents herein and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
