This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 05.07.2016 passed in W.P.(MD) No.17878 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order has been duly complied with by the respondents herein and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
