O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 23.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15464 of 2016.

2. Mr.Sundarapandian, Inspector of Police, I/c.Alanganallur Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order dated 23.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15464 of 2016 has been complied with and on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.09.2016 and a copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closure report was also sent to the petitioner. However, another copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
