Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request made by the petitioner is for de-freezing the petition mentioned account.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that due to some technical issue, the petitioner cannot operate the account and that the instruction has been given for de-freezing the same.

4. Recording the said undertaking, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner can withdraw his amount. No costs.
