Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the illegal construction put up by the 4th Respondent in Re-Survey No.A2/129 in Vilavancode Village and Taluk, Kanyakumari District based on the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.3011/2011/Na.A.Aa, dated 22-12-2011 within a stipulated time as fix by this Honourable Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that a compromise has been entered into between the petitioner and the contesting party, namely, the fourth respondent in the main writ petition and he has also produced a copy of the compromise settlement deed, dated 13.06.2017. Therefore, he prayed to close this contempt petition.
