This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful and wanton disobedience and non-compliance of the order, dated 12.09.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17047 of 2016. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was already enquired into and it was closed as 'mistake of fact'.
