This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the notice issued under Section 160(1) Cr.P.C. by the respondent in G5/40030/514/2011, dated Nil. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after issuance of notice under Section 160(1) Cr.P.C., the respondent police conducted an enquiry and thereafter, closed the complaint.

3.In view of the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
