O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the order of this court, dated 23.09.2016 passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18197 of 2016. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that as per the direction of this court, dated 23.09.2016 and made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18197 of 2016, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.16 of 2016 under sections 120B, 406 and 420 IPC, on 21.12.2016 and the concerned respondent police has filed an affidavit before this court seeking unconditional apology.

4.Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
