O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.26 of 2022 before the concerned Court within a reasonable time.
2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.26 of 2022, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 109 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2022, so far no progress is made in this case.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that investigation in this case has been almost over and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a short period.
4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
