..Contemnor/Respondent Prayer: The Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19586 of 2016 dated 17.10.2016. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 19586/ 2016 : Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to register the first information report against the proposed accused and investigate the above case as per law based on the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 29.09.2016 .

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19586 of 2016, dated 17.10.2016.

2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after proper enquiry, the case has been closed and the closure report has also been served on the petitioner. He also produced the AD card for proof of service and also produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent. Hence, no question of contempt arises in this case.
