Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the initial impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/10623/2014, dated 21.10.2016 and the consequential impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.A3/6721/2015, dated 29.08.2017, quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to the petitioner, based on his educational qualification for the death of his father viz., Late.Pitchaimuthu on 20.11.2006 while serving as Village Administrative Officer at Kuzhithalai Taluk, Karur District.
