community certificate of the petitioner's minor son namely S.Dhanuj afresh and issue the same.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the community certificate has already been issued in favour of the petitioner's son. A copy of the certificate has also been produced before this Court, which would establish that the said certificate was issued by the Tahsildar concerned. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required and the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
