The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there is an First Information Report that is pending against the petitioner in Crime No.472 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), 105 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner; and that they had summoned the petitioner during the course of investigation.

3. In view of the pendency of the First Information Report against the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this petition, cannot be granted.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
