COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 8 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent police. COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- The petitioners / Accused Nos.2, 3 and 4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.08 of 2013, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused persons in C.C.No.323 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

3. The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.323 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 08.08.2024.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
