Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle petitioners retirement benefits including Medical Leave Salary for 25 days, Earned leave wages for 153 days, and amount deducted from his salary every month for Engineering, Medical and Poly Technic Colleges run by the 1st respondent with reasonable rate of interest within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful and wanton disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1362 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016.

Heard Mr.G.M.Xavier, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was already transferred from TNSTC Karaikudi to TNSTC Vilupuram depot on 01.12.2005 and leave salary of the petitioner was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transferred to TNSTC Vilupuram branch on 19.03.2016. He has also produced the letter dated 31.10.2017, REF/TNSTC/KKD/LL/L1/Spl to that effect.

4.Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
