Accordingly, it is listed today for further hearing. Again there is no representation for the petitioner. No doubt it is a contempt petition. At the same time, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not shown any interest to appear and assist this Court and to proceed with the matter further, even though big typed set of papers are filed by the contempt petitioner.
