Contemnors/Respondents 1 to 3 PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of court by willfully disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.(MD) No.11812 of 2013 dated 24.07.2013.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant temporary approval to the petitioner by reconsidering the earlier order cancelling the approval of the petitioner s appointment in his proceedings in Tho.Mu.Mu.1361/A5/2012 dated 22.11.2012 within stipulated time and pass any other order.
