Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No. 1 and 2 to constitute District Internal Compliant Committee or Local Committee as against the 4th respondent herein under the Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and Rules.
