ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action as against the respondent Nos.3 to 6 considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.01.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent on 25.06.2025.

3. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
