Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No. 1 to 4 to conduct an enquiry pertaining to the transfer of patta in favour of respondent No. 5 and consequently direct the respondent no.1 to cancel the patta and remove the respondent no.5 from chellamjpatti Colony presently renamed as West Colony situated at Kovilamkulam Village, Usilampatti tlauk, Madurai District.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, he has filed writ petition seeking direction to respondents 1 to 4 to conduct an enquiry ertaining to transfer of patta in favour of the fifth respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to cancel the patta and remove the fifth respondent from Chellampatti Colony presently renamed as West colony situated at Kovilankulam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.This Court pass the following order.
"This Court directs the petitioner to give a copy of representation, dated 07.09.2015, to the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a coy of this order along with a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and it is for the fourth respondent to consider the same purely on merits."
Since the order has not been complied with, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the 2nd respondent and produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2221/2016/A2, dated 31.03.2016.
4.In view of the above said submission, this Contempt petition is closed.
