This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this court made Crl.O.P(MD) No.9309 of 2016, dated 17.06.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the direction issued by this court, FIR has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2017 on 03.01.2017 under Sections 120B, 465, 468, 470 and 471 IPC by the respondent police.
