Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No. 5057/A5/2015 dated 25.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to approve the appointment of the 5th respondent as Scavenger in the petitioner school with effect from his date of appointment and to release salary grant and other benefits thereon within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.
