Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in G.O (D) No. 341 dated 26.2.2016 and the consequential impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Ref.No. 28778/N2/2016 dated1.3.2016, quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to give posting to the petitioner in the college of Nursing at Madras Medical College, Chennai, as per the seniority and rules.
