Prayer in WP(MD). 22712/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs 4,11,922/ towards Gratuity and Rs.7,025/- towards Leave Salary, along with arrears of salary for the period from 01.09.13 to 30.09.15 payable pursuant new wage settlement, together with 18% interest per annum along with interest amount towards the delay in paying of EPF Employee's Contribution amount Rs.1,33,160/- for the period from 30.09.15 to 20.06.16 at the rate as per EPF scheme of the 1st respondent and further directing the respondents to pay him pension for the period from 01.10.15 and the Pension Commutation amount Rs.1,75,490/-, after adjusting Rs.81,882 towards the loans from EPF, together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsels appearing for the respondent submitted that except interest on commutation, the other benefits have been paid. 2.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to pay the balance amount within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the petitioner is permitted to revive the petition. No costs.
