Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue new patta in petitioner s name to an extent of 14.56 ares (36 cents) comprising in S.No.110/1 situated at OOnjampatti Village, Theni District based on his representation dated 06.04.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Alagusundar For Respondent : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by passing an order dated 27.09.2016 by the respondent contemnor.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to challenge the said order. Needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in a manner known to law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, by granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
