O R D E R

This petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this court made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17023 of 2016, dated 12.09.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that as per the direction of this court, after enquiring the complaints given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on 30.12.2016 and closure report was also served to the petitioner.
