PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members for setting up barbed wire their properties from the respondents 3 to 8 and their associates, with take action by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 31.10.2022 and 11.12.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members for setting up barbed wire in his properties from the respondents 3 to 8 and their associates by considering the petitioner's complaints dated 31.10.2022 and 11.12.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and on considering the nature of the dispute by directing the parties to make a complaint before the Survey Department and have their lands surveyed, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
