O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the order of the court, dated 14.09.2016 passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17129 of 2016. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that as per the direction of this court, dated 14.09.2016 and made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17129 of 2016, the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered FIR in Crime No.149 of 2017 under sections 120B, 294 (b), 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC, on 15.02.2017 and the concerned respondent police has filed an affidavit before this court seeking unconditional apology.
