This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to implement the order of this Court, dated 04.05.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.9069 of 2016 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.04.2016.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the second respondent has passed the impugned order and that was challenged in the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.23860 of 2017 and as such, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 18.04.2024 das 2/4
