This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 3917 of 2015 dated 06.03.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the respondent police has filed final report and referred charge sheet notice has also been served on the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate has also produced the xerox copy of the final report before this Court.
