This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.06.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10567 of 2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that TATA Motors Finance Limited already moved the Consumer Forum for recalling the warrant and that they have also paid Rs.45,000/- to the petitioner and the warrant has also been recalled.
