No.1118/A3/2015 dated 25.05.15 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to approve the appointment of the 5th respondent as Office Assistant in the petitioner school with effect from his date of appointment on 11.04.2015 and to release salary grant and other benefits thereon within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
