This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2023. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 09.08.2023 for laying the road in the acquired land and to retrieve the lands of the 2nd respondent from the illegal occupant. However, since the said representation was not considered, he is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents and though a reply has been given by the respondents, the petitioner's representation has not been fully considered.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed.

Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
