ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 & R2. Issuance of notice to R3 to R10 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has filed a petition before the first respondent invoking Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908. The IG of registration has issued the circular directing that enquiry under the said provision shall be kept in abeyance till the larger Bench renders its decision.

3. I therefore direct the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's petition dated 18.05.2023 on merits and in accordance with law based on the decision to be rendered by the Larger Bench. Action will have to be taken by the first respondent notwithstanding the passing of the impugned order dated 16.10.2023. The impugned order shall not come in the way. 2/4
