Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings Oo.Mu. NO. 1780/A5/15 dated 12.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to approve the appointment of the 5th respondent as Junior assistant in the Petitioner school and to release salary grant and other benefits thereon within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
