Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to allot any one shop from and out of shop Nos.6, 19 and 70 or to call for a fresh auction cum tender notification and to conduct the same in the presence of an advocate / commissioner appointed by this Court for the said shops within time limit as prescribed by this Court.
