Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate order to approve the appointment of one T.Rakesh King as Junior Assistant with effect from 20.04.2016 F.N in the petitioner's school namely Baliah Marthandam Higher Secondary School, Avaraikulam- 627 133, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District with all consequential monetary benefits and salary by considering proposal made by the petitioner dated 20.04.2016 without insisting G.O.Ms.No. 115 dated 30.05.2007 and G.O.Ms.No. 203 dated 23.07.2010 issued by the 1st respondent.
