PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a detail enquiry on the reduction of P.F. Contribution from Rs.43,49,817/- to Rs. 3,18,332/- for nearly 300 employees and to take appropriate legal action against the erring officials regarding the fraud committed by the P.F.officials vide the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2017 addressed to the Honourable Prime Minister of India, which has been forwarded to the first respondent vide letter dated 01.08.2017 and to pass suitable orders within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
