PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent school from the date of appointment i.e., from 04.06.2019 and disburse all service & monetary benefits forthwith. O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher appointed in the fifth respondent Primary School, seeking mandamus as against the third and fourth respondents herein to approve her appointment.

According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was appointed in the fifth respondent school on 04.06.2019, and the school Management has forwarded the proposal for approval of the appointment of the petitioner to the third respondent on 17.12.2019. So far, the third respondent has not passed any orders. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had contended that there are no details about the proposals, whether, the proposals have been returned or not.

4. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent Management and pass orders on merits, if not already returned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
