This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet opened in History Sheet No.3 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent office within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in January 2023. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of January 2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
