By this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner seeks to implead one of the pattadhars in respect of land in S.No.636/1A1. Since the said land forms the subject of the writ petition, the proposed party is a necessary party.

Therefore, this impleading petition is allowed as prayed for.

2. The Registry is directed to make the consequential amendments in the main writ petition. The impleaded party who is represented by counsel, may file a counter in the main writ petition by the next hearing date.
