Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to provide all service benefits due to the petitioners husband including provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension regularization of suspension within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court .

ORDER
Petition in W.P(MD)No.12685 of 2012 was filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Principal, MSS Wakf Board College, K.K.Nagar, Madurai - 20, to provide all service benefits due to the petitioner's husband including Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension Regularization of Suspension and in that petition, there was a direction to the first respondent therein to sanction and disburse the family pension benefits, due to the petitioner's husband, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
which the proposal is received by the first respondent therein, till the date of realisation.
2. The present Contempt Petition has been filed with the allegation that the order of this Court has not been complied with willfully.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide proceedings dated 16.02.2017 and therefore, the contempt petition may be closed.
4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication, as the compliance has been reported. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
